Where's My Order
Contact hello@wnnrs.net for any shipping questions. Please allow 24-72 hours for. a response. Most orders ship within 24 hours. If not, we ask that you email us with any questions and keep it clean.
Returns
WNNRS stands behind the quality, fit, and design of each product. If you've received the correct order and are unhappy with the quality, fit, or design of your product(s) within 30 days, please email hello@wnnrs.net to start the process. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Items on sale are ineligible for return.
PRODUCTS MUST BE (NO EXCEPTIONS):
- UNWORN
- UNWASHED
- STILL HAVE TAG
- WITHOUT HAIR OF ANY KIND
- WITHOUT SWEAT STAINS
PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MATCH ANY OF THE ABOVE OR SMELL LIKE SMOKE, DEODORANT, DETERGENT, COLOGNE, OR SWEAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. The exceptions are orders on weekends and not during business hours (ie an order on Monday at 9PM will ship on Tuesday, an order Saturday will ship the following Monday).
Refunds
Please email hello@wnnrs.net. As stated above, keep it clean.
Where's My Confirmation Number
Check spam. Not there? Maybe you typo'd. Email hello@wnnrs.net if you can't find it in any folder. We'll get it straightened out for ya'.
This Isn't What I Ordered
If you received the wrong products for any reason (forgot to add/subtract products, we sent you the wrong order) please email hello@wnnrs.net with a picture of the packing slip and order.
Entered Wrong Shipping Address
You guessed it. Email hello@wnnrs.com with the correct shipping address. Happens to the best of us.
Tracking Number Says My Package Was Delivered - It's Not!
This is most likely a USPS or UPS issue. File a claim here:
